"I called to cancel an appointment, and the front receptionist, I believe named "Lam", hung up in my face quickly, and did not confirm that I wanted to cancel. I called back twice and my call was ignored. When I called with a different phone number, she picked up. I had to. confirm my cancellation through a different phone number in order to get a hold of the office. This is a reflection of poor ethics and unprofessionalism. Clearly they are interested in the income yield as opposed to putting the pt first. I did not appreciate how I was treated."
