"I just spent 194$ on a set of Babyliss Pro clippers from this place on October 22nd. . And it’s October 31st they’re already broken. I get it, some stuff is short lived. But when I brought them back to exchange them, NOT REFUND, they told me they can’t and I have to deal with the manufacturer. Now in my industry, we fix the mistake and deal with the manufacturer ourselves. Sending them back has never been an issue for us. Customers happy, broken stuffs replaced, easy process. Nope, not this store. I am done shopping here. And if you’re wanting a good customer service center, this is not the place."
