"Horrible service with racist Asians. If you’re a woman of color don’t bother going here. I walked in and immediately they didn’t know how to do nails and asked me to wait till the 18th for Linda and all had nasty looks on their faces. I will be reporting this business to the state of Texas."
"Anna is wonderful. I usually get a gel manicure and regular pedicure. She does an exceptional job on both."
"Don’t hold appointments and change the price on you! Been here twice- first time they tried to raise the listed price by $20 after I said I wanted a gel upgraded pedicure. They claimed they hadn’t had time to update the services list. Second time I went I made an appointment in advance then I sat around for 20 minutes only to be asked to wait another 10 minutes. Clearly they prioritized the walk-in customers over the returning customers who actually made an appointment Waste of time!"
"I have been getting my pedicures when I go back home to Dallas and now I am kicking myself for not coming here sooner!! This is my new place. Best pedi/mani!! I am so glad I found my place."
"Literally the worst nails I’ve received. Came in wanting a fill and a nail repair with acrylic powder they said they can use gel to go over what I already have so I trusted them. That’s where I messed up, as soon as I sat down the lady was friendly but when it came to my nails it started rough, I told her the length I would like my nails and instead of cutting a little higher so it gives her room to buff it down she cut them even shorter, when it comes to the nail she had to repair she didn’t even try to match it with the rest and on top of that asked if I’m doing almond and I said no, I did not come with almond shape nails. She proceeds to try and shape them making them shorter, she then applies the nail polish over what I had already and you can definitely tell where she used clear powder to fill in my nail under the first coat. The one nail she filled was completely a different shade, and not to mention very blotchy looking closer to the cuticles from her having to wipe it around from her being so messy with it. Instead of asking me if I liked the NOTICEABLE DIFFERENCE she proceeds with the other hand. Not until both are cured she asks if I like them and at this point I’m with anxiety because everything was wrong and I told her to just put black over it. You can tell she didn’t like that and started being a little more aggressive and not saying a word. As soon as she was done I had to quickly take my friend to work and decided to come back because the noticeable difference of the one nail she had to replace was awful, when I came inside I had asked to get it fixed and even then still had received what felt like slight attitude and still noticeable difference. It’s a shame because I never write bad reviews but this was just all in all ugly."
