"I’ve been going to Hello Sugar for the passed few months and every one of the girls I’ve gone to have been amazing!! They are all so sweet and funny, they make you feel comfortable. I recommend them to everyone I know lol - Update .. here lately I have not been impressed! I have had 2 appointments cancelled on me last minute and a cancellation that I wasn’t even notified for TODAY! and I just feel it’s unfair especially as a member. I work a crazy schedule and can only book at a certain time, so things like this really pisses me off. They really need to get their scheduling under control or hire a receptionist because this is really annoying and I have now cancelled my membership behind this. The girls I’ve seen great, but I don’t like my time wasted especially after I’ve confirmed my appt multiple times!!"

"Don’t bother wasting your time!! I came across HelloSugar from an ad & I came in for my first appointment. I saw Laura & she was great, she made me feel so comfortable after I let her know this was my first wax ever. At the end of my appointment, she convinced me to purchase their membership to get a better price on my waxes going forward. Little did I know I was just wasting my money because I have not been able to get in for my appointments since because they keep canceling on me at the last minute! It’s incredibly frustrating and inconvenient that I couldn’t be seen at all because none of their estheticians have availability. When I called to ask the reason for my appointment being canceled, the girl at the front desk just said that Nicole’s schedule was blocked off. Just overall disappointed and wish I never purchased the membership because I’m not getting that money back even though I was never able to use the membership."

"Gracie was professional, competent and very nice. The room is kept clean. I’d definitely recommend her. I do wish Hello Sugar would change their pricing structure so you didn’t have to lock into specific services and be charged for them whether or not you are ready to use them."

"So I’m only doing 2 stars because it’s not the business fault. But let’s start off with the first thing. 1. My appointment was for 12:40, I messaged them to check me in since it wouldn’t let me. No biggie technically issues. They were polite and checked me in. I was even 10 minutes early. So the tech greets me at 1pm, at this point I was about to get up and leave since I had things to be at. But I stayed 2. I told the tech I’m on a time crunch due to the poor timing I would like my service to end at the scheduled time regardless. Which was 1:20, so not much to work with. She agreed. And when I get up from my service it’s 1:45. I had lunch plans that I had to reschedule and cancel due to this. 3. During the session I kept getting sugar in my lashes and hair, and the tech even tried to get the ones out of my false lashes which took some out. I had to spend some time gently getting it out of what’s left of my lashes and hair. You would think if you took so long you wouldn’t get it everywhere."
