"Awful Years I’m been going there bringing guests, giving nice tips. This week I was appalled. My RESERVATION I made with guests was awful. I arrived on-time to find seated a man, a walk-in, who wanted spots for his friends who would later shortly, making it impossible for my group to sit together. The mix-up was bad, but the way the owner handled it(rather didn’t handle it) was worse. No explanation, no grace, no apology, grabbing my guest’s belongings to relocate across the room. That guest, rightly offended, left and my other guest upset for her. I expressed my unhappiness to the owner upon leaving. She could care less. The nail techs here are ok, nothing to write home about. Time to move on to another place that hopefully appreciates their clients, and has some customer service skills."

"This is my local Nail stop. They are really good and believe me l tried dozens of Nail & Spa places. 40$ for perfectly done powder manicure. l have never had such long nails in my life. Powder makes them hard and finally l can make them grow. Powder in general stays for 4 weeks. They are super clean and sanitize all."

"I've been going to this salon for 2 years, and more so this year than any other year. I'm always pleased with the quality of my nails and facial waxing. The ladies are all amazing, friendly, and well versed in their craft. I highly recommend if you're in the area."

"Called to schedule 2 pedicures for myself and wife, for 5pm. The closed in like an hour and a half. The older lady that did my wife's rushed through it, at one point going to get her lunch bag , and placing it close by. She hardly scared the heels and the foot and leg massage may have been 2 minutes total. So that she could leave early. My wife set there for another 15 minutes waiting for mine to be done. We started at the same time!!!!!!!!! Would not recommend this place. We went there once before and had good service. Never again!"

"My husband called and made an appointment for 5:45pm for both of us to get a pedicure. The business closes at 7pm. We got there on time and the person that did my pedicure rushed through it so she could go home. If you intentionally make an appointment and don't just walk in, you should be given the time and attention that you deserve. We will not be coming back if this is how you treat your customers, no matter what time of day it may be. There was plenty of time left for me to have a proper pedicure and not be rushed to leave."
