"This is the first nail salon I’ve gone to where they didn’t tell me the prices/give me a menu when I was getting my pedicure done. It was $55 for a gel pedicure after my new customer discount and I feel like that price is kind of steep."

"I just went in to get gel removed because my usual place was closed. I have such rough nails with gel still on them and they were “filed” but have been scratching on everything. They charge $15 for that. Nice enough people, but I am poor enough to have chosen to do this to my own nails at home if I’d known."

"I was really excited to get my nails done, until I wasn’t. The man rushed through my acrylic set the whole time. I asked for the shortest set of my life and was still charged $75 for chipped polish, crooked paint on my French tips?! Not to mention the acrylic wasn’t even over my whole nail. I had just walked out the salon and noticed it looked like my nails were grown out already. The white on my French tip bled through a bit in with the clear polish so it’s more a smeared French tip. Cuticles never got clipped. Employees were nice, all smiles, and welcoming."

"Came in as a walk in and they were able to see me right away on a Saturday afternoon. It's a pretty large salon so they can take quite a few customers. The staff was very sweet, they were able to do my design, and did such a great job!! I will definitely be back"

"Gel pedicure was fine. I got simple white acrylic nails which I was charged $65 for and the lady was relatively nice but the paint job was not done well at all and was uneven. One finger was also crooked. The second day a nail broke off really easily. I called about it and the general paint job and requested a refund mentioning I could send in photos. They told me they didn’t do refunds so I had to come in the next day to get the two fingers redone. She redid one fine and the crooked finger one was okay until she kept shaving it down and it ended up being shorter than the rest of my nails so I had to shave the rest down a little bit to look more normal. And now not even a week later three other nails broke off in the span of 24 hours. Would not recommend, nails are not strong enough and detailing is not good I’ve gotten my nails done at other places and even the average ones never broke off so easily. Very unsatisfied."
