"I had two braiders take my deposit after confirming an appointment with them. One gave me my deposit back. In desperate need to get knotless braids for my upcoming cruise, I ran across Sweetie. "I got crochet braids first I asked for a sleek wavy look and told her I didn’t want it to be too big she said it wouldn’t be big but the style was huge and looked horrible I couldn’t leave the house looking that crazy so I tried to tame it down in a low down pony. She was very helpful initially and agreed to do my hair over so I decided on senegaleses twist to get the sleek look I was going for but a day later I felt a lump on the back of my head and the braid came loose when I reached out to her about it she never replied I called several times and left many voice memos because I don’t know what to do with this hair style now the back of my head looks crazy and the braids are not secure. I just wasted over $200 on a style that lasted me only a few days and she has been dodging my calls. It’s disappointing because she seemed so nice I even thought we could be friends but not responding to a clients issue is not running a business with integrity. I don’t recommend ☹️ And Mariam if you’re reading this negative review and reach back out to me I will delete it because I didn’t want to mess up your 5 star rating but my experience has been so bad."
