"Today (01.26.2024) I did the Ultimate Hair Treatment (Alina Signature Hair Refresh). It was the most amazing experience. The massage of head, neck, nape, shoulder massage and lower back finger pressure point was relaxing. The head steaming and shampooing with herbs along with massaging felt wonderful to my scalp. The face wash and massage was great (I have very sensitive skin and don’t break out or feel itchy during the process or after). I recommend this service. I actually feel asleep during the process. Give it a try and you’ll be pleasantly amazed. I felt so relaxed after the service that my day was so peaceful."

"So I asked for a red kinda plain design and I asked for French tips and it’s not straight. Not how I really expected they Also made them all different sizes. And the nail does not look straight and one of there customers were rude. The photo with the heart on the ring finger she got my ring finger without a heart when I asked for it"

"came in yesterday (their day off, a tuesday) and was met with suchhh a good staff member who i unfortunately didn’t get the name of. but she did my nails up sooo nice !! i just recently had my first baby and i’d been biting my nails out of stress, yet she gave me the perfect recommendation for a way to fix my bitten nails and still be able to care for my baby all while having a cute set of nails to feel better about. on top of all that, i am not a talker at all but her and i had the best conversation i’ve had in awhile. she gave me great advice on being a new mother and those are conversations you will just never let go of. so thankful for my nail tech yesterday. she gave me something’s i seriously needed after such a hard month of being a new mother."

"Made an appointment for a pedicure a little over a month ago and I was assigned to Tanya. I was impressed with my pedicure, so I decided to give her a shot for my nails. This is the second time she does my nails and I will continue to go to her. She pays attention to detail and asks you questions to learn what you like. The second time around, she remembers what you shared, takes her time, and does a great job!"

"8/25/23 I wanted to update again. I was able to go in and get a new complimentary nail set done by Kay! She did an amazing job! I love the way my nails turned out. Kay made sure I was satisfied with what she did. I was skeptical about going back and originally just wanted a refund, but am glad I gave her an opportunity to redo my nails! I would recommend that if you want to try this place out you get an appointment with Kay!! My new set is the pink color. :) I wanted to update this review. I was very impressed by Kay who reached out to me and offered to redo my nails for me. She is making sure I am pleased with the service and is personally going to do a new set for me. I will post another update after my nails but to me this is great customer service! Thank you Kay!! I got my nails done on Friday and by Tuesday they were cracked and falling off. I got a pedicure and an SNS set which was not cheap and for my nails to not even make it a week was very disappointing. Besides that they were not that friendly. I would def not try this place out."
