"Sign says walk ins welcome. They aren't. I walked in and waited for an hour for someone to talk to me. Several stylists walked right by me, no one said anything until I asked someone leaving if anyone was still cutting hair. Only to have someone come tell me that they had a full day and I should have made an appointment. Wouldn't be so bad if someone had just told me instead of letting me sit there like an idiot. I did'nt come in super late either I was there by 2:30 it is 3:50 as I write this and the staff is pulling away. In the full hour I was there I saw 3 stylists leave and only one customer. So I guess they don't need much business and are far too busy for you. Make an appointment, I guess that's the only way they will see you even when the store is deserted."
