"Honestly. I’ve given this salon plenty of chances but this was the last one. I even showed a picture of what I wanted. The nails turned out super bumpy. These pictures are of the I got them done and the SNS is so far from the cuticle. Didn’t even push my cuticles back to make them look more natural. Called and they wanted to charge me for a whole new set to re do them. They even blamed me saying my nail bed was the cause of them turning out like this. Horrible experience."

"I've gone to this location for a long time and have had a good experience. They always have availability and are welcoming. Also, Sonny is great, he is kind and does excellent work as a nail stylist by going above and beyond and has a good sense of humor! The other nail stylists there do a great job too."

"If I could give more stars I would. This is by far the BEST set of acrylic nails I have ever had in my entire life. Kevin did my nails and the shape is perfect, the color is perfect, and the design was beautifully executed. My nails came out better than the reference image. The nail prep was done very carefully and was very thorough. The staff is so incredibly kind and the nail techs are incredibly talented. I can’t explain how happy I am with the nails Kevin gave me. I love them so much!!"

"I wanted to try the (New) location in Austin and Emily definitely did a great job with my pedicure. My nails did come out just as I requested but I love the Round Rock location and that would be my go-to spot still. The service/vibe here is just not as good as the other location."

I have been going for 4 years and was happy with the service, but for 5 months the quality has decreased considerably, the nail paints are old, damaged, I always order the same shade for hands and feet and already the last three times After doing my feet they tell me it's not enough for my hands. Today the finish at work was very bad, they cut my nails in a deformed way, the paint was bad, the edges were white. It's a shame they lost quality."
