"Worst experience ever! The stylists act like you're such a burden. You have to be a dentist to get your hair cut there because getting these people to do their job is like pulling teeth."

"Extremely rude and racist. The dude that works there is horrible. Mom went to get a cut, and the lady told her 2 people ahead of her, which was fine. My mom told the lady she will be right back she just had to run next door. When she came back, the dude was telling the lady not to cut my mom’s hair, and to take care of the two white dudes waiting, even though my mom was next in line. She came back before it was her turn, so it’s not like she cut in front of anyone. The guy was mean mugging and huffing and puffing at my mom the entire time. Not the first time he does stuff like this. Take your business elsewhere. They do a horrible job anyway… mom only went there because the lady she usually goes to (different place) was out of town."

"I went in as a walk-in for a well needed haircut. Robert greeted me right away. Then, when it was my turn, Robert listened as I explained how I wanted my hair cut and he did a great job of getting the haircut just as I asked. I was nervous because of previous reviews, but I will definitely be back when it's time for my next cut. It was a very good experience."
