"The Porter shop is a suite that is private which I welcome. Your visit starts with a consultation and then shampoo before the cut. It’s a pleasant and low-key experience and I, being a bit of a talker, enjoy some banter with the very personable Susan. Also, she has recommended some techniques for styling as well as some products to help. I’ve always been happy with the results and find that I don’t have the need to shower or rinse afterwards as she carefully vacuums your neck, shoulders for stray hairs. So much better than the brush or blow-dryer method! Susan’s specialty is men’s hair and I urge you fellows to give her a try."

"Susan is very good. I have consistently had my hair cut by her for over 2 years. She listens to you and is determined to do it right. She has a special vacuum for cleaning up the cut hairs from your neck and clothes. I never have loose hairs left on me afterwards. It's amazing! I have also brought my 2 year old boy to her and she has done a fantastic job with him."
