"My mom had a Saturday 9 am appt. We pulled into the driveway at 9:04. We got her rollator out of the back. She went in. They made her wait until 10:20 and serviced another group because she “missed her appointment”. She is disabled and this is not the first time they’ve done this."

"Nancy was AMAZING. The atmosphere was great and I was sat down with her as soon as I walked in. I gave her an inspiration picture for my acrylics and she exceeded my expectations. The mimosas were a nice touch. I will definitely be back."

"The overall atmosphere was decorated very well, the establishment was clean and some nail technicians were friendly but unfortunately they are dishonest and don’t perform the service completely. My daughters pedicure was literally 5 minutes and the technician moved on to a what I called a more appropriate individual for the area and her family. Which I did not say anything due to my daughter’s excitement just for her toes to be painted . I on the other hand had the deluxe version which the technician said you have a hangnail but proceeded to skip over removing it. Customer service is very important if you want your establishment to flourish. It’s very sad that individuals have businesses in this area and feel as if it only accommodates who they feel belongs in the area. My nail tech was great, she did a good job on my nails and was friendly. Maybe she should pass her humbleness onto her coworkers."
