"Andrea was great! My toddler came in scared to get her hair cut but Andrea quickly made her feel safe and comfortable. My daughter smiled through the haircut & said she would want to get her haircut by Andrea again."

"The people were very sweet ! & I’m sure they have done many amazing hair cuts here but I went in to get my bangs cut and the lady was super nice and even suggested I get my ends trimmed but I intentionally went to get my bangs cut / trimmed and my usual hair lady was busy.. she cut it all the way across making it very weird at the sides bc it doesn’t even blend with my hair so it looks choppy and even crooked the last time I came here the lady name Andrea cut my bangs and even left the side pieces that framed my face which I thought this lady would also do but.. she cut the side parts that framed my face making it look weird on the sides and very uneven with the bangs :/ kinda sad .. I have a trip coming up and my bangs aren’t the way I thought they’d be…"

"So, I went into the salon on yesterday ans Irene came to the register. And I ask if they wash and flat iron hair she said yes. Then, I asked is she sure that she could do my hair she said yes in confidence. I said ok let me make a appointment now. Irene said no need just come at least 2hrs before closing. Long story short I came in today another lady comes to the desk. Asks me if I schedule or check in on the portal I said yes on the portal. She was unable to pull it up so she had me sign in on the computer. I went and sat in my car waiting then I received a message that I was next. Before I could get out I see them skip pass me and take two others. I'm not going to say it about my race but it was . My money is the same color."

"Andrea was fantastic with my 3 year old little boy. She was quick and efficient. We were in and out within less than 10 minutes. No appointment was made. There were multiple people that came in after us that waited for her. Thank you Andrea for being awesome!!"

"I will start by saying that I knew better but my friend has been here several times and had good results but you get what you pay for. I thought for a kids cut and just trimming the ends, that wasn't difficult. I was wrong. The lady who cut my daughters hair was named Irene. She wasn't very friendly. Didn't speak to my daughter until after she was out of her chair. She didn't even smile. My daughter thought she was scary. We left great clips and went to Walmart and I turned her around to look at her hair and I was like oh my gosh! How did she miss this!? It was so frustrating. I finished our shopping. Took her right back. When she saw us she came over and I was like oh ok. I'll fix it. When she got my daughter back to her chair and looked at her hair, she said, "Oh yeah, I did miss a big spot!" I let her fix it. But even now, I'm still not sure how this woman holds a license. I will never go to another Great Clips again because of this one person. I will take my daughter back to a legit salon and pay extra to ensure she never has to have another bad haircut again. I wasn't going to post but after washing her hair and brushing it straight and seeing that she still didn't do a good job. I just don't want this to happen to anyone else. It was a very simple haircut. Just trim the ends. That's it."
