"Asked for the price before the tech began my nails and she quoted me $45. After she had done my nails she said $50 because they’re “long”. Why would I get tips if I would end up with the same length of nails that I naturally have? Keep in mind i am already being charged for tips! Never coming back."

"Came to get my nails done & was here for 1.5 hours apparently b/c of an issue with the polish. I’ve been coming here for years to see Tiffany, but saw Cindy today b/c Tiffany was busy. After taking on & taking off shellac for over 30 min b/c of black stains coming from the polish, I told Cindy I would need to come back b/c I let them know I was on my lunch break & it had already been 1.5 hours. I let them know I had a meeting & would be coming back in an hour to 1.5 hours to get it fixed/finished. I’m here now & have been WAITING 10 min already! This is a huge inconvenience for me. It was an inconvenience the first time I was here today, & now I’m having to take more time out of my work day to get fixed what wasn’t done properly the first time. There is ZERO urgency to address/rectify the situation & fix/complete my nails like they should have been the first time. I’ve included a picture so that anyone who takes the time to read this review can refer to it before wasting there time & spending there money at an establishment that will not complete your service & will treat you like you’re the problem!"

"The lady who did my nails worked so fast that the nails came out okay , you can tell she was rushing and not taking her time, my nails are nice but could have been better especially for the price I pay to get them $70 is too expensive for the service I received , on top of that a pedicure is $30 which is expensive too for the service the lady barley massaged my legs or feet which I’m not really picky but if it’s included in what I’m paying for then actually do it and not just rub lotion on my legs , toenails turned out good. Overall am I in love with this place , no not really , it’s way too expensive. Ladies seem nice but not sure"
