"I love this great clips. The stylist that I had was wonderful and they let me use my 7.99 coupon. I think the best part about these people is that they actually listen to you when you explain what you want done. I have long hair and I am always looking for stylists that won’t cut off all of my hair. They were super nice and took me 15 minutes before closing without an appointment. Great environment and very nice ladies."

"I took my 3 year old in for her first haircut. I let the stylist know it was her first haircut, she had energy, and that her hair had a tangle but to just cut it straight off. The experience was uncomfortable as the stylist spent the entire time telling me how to parent my child/kids. When I left I just didn’t feel right. My child did not misbehave- wasn’t running around or jumping or screaming or throwing a tantrum. She moved her head and felt pain at the tugging of the tangles, also she’s 3. I think it was really unprofessional of the stylist to tell me how I should parent not knowing me and then telling my daughter she couldn’t have a lollipop for misbehaving. I wish I had said something then and there. I left a tip only because of the difficulty of my daughters hair not because of the service. I had taken my older two daughters for their first and 2nd haircuts there and thought I’d be ok to take this one. I don’t see myself taking any of my kids back to have haircuts here. I would’ve been better off butchering my daughters hair at home, it would’ve ended up looking the same."
