"I tried a new salon that I really like. It is convenient to home. The salon is Great Clips. I am a retiree. I was pleasently surprised to find this salon. Katrina is the stylist. She communicated and asked questions and I got the cut I wanted. I will be back.,"

"The customer service is terrible. I had 2 inches chopped off my length. When asked if I do layers, I replied absolutely. I stated that I do not want a bob. As she continues, I notice that my hair is cut short, forming a bob. I was dissatisfied. She was attempting to rationalize the cut. First and foremost, you cannot rationalize a haircut that the customer dislikes. I did not provide feedback on your work. Your lack of communication is what resulted in a dissatisfied customer. Did you ask whether I preferred long or short layers? No. Your justification and lack of apology demonstrate a lack of training. Second, show greater sympathy for the customer. I urge that you take a class in customer service and communication because you are severely lacking in these areas. If you can't speak, don't presume you know exactly what the customer wants or expects. Because I felt sorry for you, I offered you a little tip. Consider investing it in more training or a new career. Furthermore, you never know who crosses your path. I write blogs on businesses and their employees. Good Luck!"
