The technician was gentle in guiding the feet and legs to the next treatment and was thorough with the application of the sugar scrub and accompanied massage. I felt there was no need to actively monitor each step as the technician took their time every step of the way, especially with the hot stone massage. The establishment is humble, the quiet atmosphere serves as an ideal space to relax and disconnect, especially while there are hot towels wrapped around your legs. With the gel service: The technician, again, is extremely thorough. Every step of product application was almost flawless as the color came out even and leveled. "I have come to this place since 20219 and I have never had a bad experience until today. My mail tech was complaining the whole time about having to refill my set instead of me doing a soak off and wanting a whole new set. I understand that nail places try to get you to spend more money there but I felt very disappointed with the way this lady was constantly telling me that I’m making it way harder on her, keep in mind as well that I always do a refill as long as I don’t pass the 3 week mark. I would simply be careful when going to this place and stick to your guns so that you’re not cheated out of money."
