"I come to this location when I can but I've been switching it up to go to Sephora in kohls down the way... and I remember why. This place has what you need but it is poorly maintained. Dusty displays, dingy items and used makeup. Just make sure you take your time and look over everything before walking to the counter. Good store, nice staff but poor maintenance."

"The customer service at this location is awesome! I went in for ruby woo by Mac, they were out but one of the associates recommended MVP by fenty. It looks soooo good and she really went out of her way to help me. They are out of stock on some things some times but the customer service is so awesome and I love when associates give recommendation instead of blowing you off when they don’t have what you came for. I can’t remember the name of the lady who helped me but she was a black woman with braids. I assume she was the manager. But thank you so much for being helpful and friendly."

"I was just needed to foundation, but every brand I wanted to try IT WAS OUT. 5 different labels and ALL OUT- clinic, lancome..... Please help these managers order to stock. I ended up buyer Maybelline brand. Cashiers could be a little nicer...I guess I will try another store."

"I recently went in today to look for some new skincare and although I was aware of what I wanted to purchase I was not greeted nor asked for assistance by any employee. There was another black girl at the register who I eventually approached after being passed by 2-3 employees. The young lady that I spoke to at the register was extremely pleasant and helpful but I don’t recall her name. Not to mention that the other employees not only ignored me but they had enough time to communicate whatever into the walkie which indicates that they were able to speak but chose not to. The store had lot’s of customers and they had one young lady on the register which is INSANELY SELFISH. This would be the second location that I’ve experienced this specifically from employees who aren’t women of color, they seem to have an issue with conversing with clients who don’t look like them which is strange. Bottom line is, just acknowledging that someone is in the store and not just for loss prevention reasons but for the SAKE of providing customer service really goes a long way. Ulta needs to do a better job at evaluating who they put in positions to run these stores because it’s distasteful."

"I will still keep shopping just at a different location where they know what they are doing. I wanted use my 10 off on 40 purchase and she said I could not even divide my 200 purchase because I had already used a 20 percent off. I didn't want to argue so I made my purchase with my 20 percent off, this is what I call lazy and it was not a busy day no long line. Next time I will just take extra steps and tell my daughter to make a separate purchase for me and I understand they are not allowed to use stacked coupons on one transaction."
