"I came to Jolie for a lash removal and full set. I’ve been getting eyelashes done for 7 years. First thing I notice when I walk in was how dirty her suite is. The sink in there was disgusting. Second thing was that the chairs are made of cloth so they aren’t easy to wipe down. Everywhere I’ve gone for eyelashes they have leather beds or chairs so that they can easily wipe them down after each client. Third thing is that she puts her tools on this chair that probably hasn’t been cleaned ever. So despite all of this I still proceeded with the service because I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt. So she starts doing my lashes and half way through one eye I can feel my eyelids are very itchy. That’s how you know the eyelashes are being glued too close to your eyelid. She assured me they weren’t close to my eyelid and I believed her. So I pay for the service and leave, all day my eyes are itchy so I go somewhere to get them removed because at that point I didn’t trust her. Everytime I’ve had eyelashes removed they take 20 min at the most. This time it took an hour and half AND it was so painful. I reached out to Jolie for a refund (I’m not even the type to ask for a refund for a service but it was that bad!) but she is adamant that she won’t give me one. I even sent her the pictures of the clumps of glue being removed and she still says she won’t give me a refund. I have pictures attached so you can see what was done. Please avoid this place or you’ll end up having to pay double and have damaged eyelashes like me. (The grey stuff on the eyelashes is the glue)"
