"One of the rudest, most unprofessional “stylist” out there. First time I come in, Jess let me know an hour before my scheduled appointment that another stylist would be doing my hair. First mistake. She did not know what she was doing, she was calling Jess on how to proceed on coloring my hair. She left an orange ring on my head.. My hair is dark brown and I wanted a brown violet/red. I lost 3 hours during my first visit because I was told to come back another day so Jess could do it herself. .. I don’t understand why she wasn’t there the first time Fast forward I come back on a Friday. To be there from noon all the way up until 8pm. Yes. 9+ hrs The process was never explained to me until after she messed up and I had to come back a third time. Jess left around 4 pm to get chick fil a and left me in a chair for over an hour. She finishes at 8 pm - charges me 400+ 2 days later.. my hair looks like a hot Cheeto. I texted Jess to let her know I need to come back and she stalls!!! She keeps pushing it. I arrive in person with a close friend who she rudely shut down and told her she wouldn’t be speaking to. When I brought her because I needed the support. She sits me down and dyes my hair. Has me sign a liability waiver and doesn’t blow dry or straighten my hair bc I had to step away to take a work call and I come back and she’s with another client- she never says sit down I’ll have another lady do it- no, she completely ignores me This lady has known my family for years.. I once admired her work ethic and how she treated others!! @salon blu, you lost me as a customer and my family of 6 who would come to for every single need. You should be ashamed of yourself."

"EDITED: since my last picture with final results was missing "miraculously". I am posting it again. Also, during consultation she said cut will be included in the service, and there were no option to pay without tip. There were 3 options: 20%, 25% and not sure about the last one but it was the highest. Yes, I chose 20%. That should tell you how much I was satisfied with the treatment, but that's not the point. I went to see you, you provided the service that wasn't done properly. For your information, I did see a BB licensed /certified hairdresser and she is sure it wasn't done properly (less product was applied on the back). Jess Perez, the owner, ruined my hair!! She did a BB on Sept 22, guaranteed that the effect should last for at least 12 weeks, with a proper care. She suggested a BB products, but not necessarily, and no BB products included in $270! She said make sure it's a sulfate free shampoo! Yes, I paid $270 after the tip, for a BB effect to be washed away after FIRST washing, without even shampoo!!! My hair never looked worse!! I explicitly asked for a heavier treatment (between keratin treatment and BB), since I wanted to change a hairstyle. She said BB would be an option to keep my hair straight, with more relaxed curls, but been able to get the effect with a flat ironing or blow drying. But she never mentioned I will end up with a TWO DIFFERENT hair textures!!! My natural hair is curly, ONE texture and I ended up with something on the last picture!!! And she didn't even apologize!! She said since it was my fault using a wrong product (I didn't even use a shampoo) she will redo it in a couple of weeks, since it was a harsh process and is not recommended to do it twice even in a 3 months! Yes, it was a harsh process for me, going through the same 4-hr torturing, having the same reactions (watery eyes, runny nose, headache-had to step out to the bathroom to rinse my eyes, since the product got into my eyes, and NO fan circulating ), for the same effect after only first washing, since she said she will do the same process. NO THANK YOU!!! I asked for a partial refund, but she was strict on NO REFUND POLICY!! And here I am, with the worst hairstyle in my life, after paying $270 and there is NO even a word saying "I am sorry you're hair is this way, something got wrong!!" Not to mention her costumer service, there is no privacy for costumers. She will exposed you and will call you out to explain yourself on a social media, sharing personal information from a consultation!!! Sort of a people I would avoid at any cost!! Just stay away!!!"
