"Ben is amazing! He took his time and made sure I was happy with how my nails turned out, and he also was super sweet and has great conversations on top of doing my nails just how I wanted!!"
"I've been visiting this location since it opened and have been pleased by the consistent service and professionalism of staff. My most recent visit, I was blown away. I scheduled in advance for a chrome dip manicure and gel pedicure. The gal working the front (sorry, I didn't catch her name) was so helpful in suggesting colors to obtain the effect I wanted. Katie was my manicurist and Rose my pedicurist. I haven't had the opportunity to work with them before and I really enjoyed their work. Both were kind, professional, and their work was excellent. I'll definitely be requesting them for future services! Ladies, thank you so much for pampering this pregnant lady! Update: was able to walk in on a Saturday night and be taken care of promptly. Katie was my manicurist again and she did such a fantastic job. Love the care the puts into her work!"
"I decided to take my daughter to get mani/pedis on Mother’s Day. We had an appointment and were taken back over 40 minutes past the appointment time. 2 other people left during that time because they couldn’t wait any longer. We sat in the kids room because my daughter is just under 4. The technician painted her nails and toes in about 5 minutes time and then she was done. Apparently my daughter moved before the paint was dry because it got smudged on her toes. The technician noticed this, I apologized and explained that she doesn’t usually sit still this long. She didn’t say anything and it looked like she was going to fix them. At this time, I was moved to finish my nails at a different place. I thought they were going to fix my daughters nails and move her over. My daughter came right over to me and her toes were still completely messed up. I was frustrated but figured since she didn’t fix them, that she would just not be charging me. Instead, she charges me $140- I ask her if she’s charging me full price for my daughter. She says yes like she doesn’t even know why I’m asking. She goes to get someone else who goes to get someone else and they offer to fix them then. At this point, we have been at this place for over 2.5 hours. I know my daughter is not going to have the patience to have them painted and wait for them to dry yet again. Not to mention, it took so long to get our services done, I was nervous we were going to miss our plans for afterwards, which we did. I explained to them 3x that it didn’t feel like to pay full price for what my daughters toes looked like. The girl who was helping me tried to hold my daughter back after I paid and told her it was time to go. If you’re not capable of serving children, there is no reason to have the butterfly chairs available. Also, my technician didn’t offer me anything to drink until about 15 minutes before she was done, which was very awkward. I heard others being offered things right as they were seated Edit to add: my daughters nail polish came off about 90% by day 4."
