"Tthis place is very unprofessional when it comes to booking appointments. Every appointment that I have booked here has been rescheduled by Vicky in some way or another. There was one time that I was already close to the salon and I was asked to reschedule to a different day very last minute. I will say their work is amazing and they do really great lash extensions which is why I gave 3 stars. It just personally wasn’t worth it for me anymore to always have my appointments rescheduled."

"I cannot say this enough, Ha is the only person I let touch my lashes. They turn out so pretty every time and she actually takes her time to make sure I am comfortable with my lashes and that they are not irritating me. Every time she does them for me, it always stays for at least 3-4 weeks and she is just so gentle with my lashes overall. Every time I go here, I always ask for Ha and she never disappoints."

"Do not come here!!!!! My daughter went here for a full set, and left looking like she was from out of space. Her eyes were very irritated and the lashes looked so ugly, cheap and fake. The tech was clearly clarified to have them done naturally because my daughter’s lashes are already long, she just wanted more volume, She showed her pictures of what she was looking for. Once she started my daughter’s eyes were burning horrible, but obviously the lady couldn’t stop. When the tech was done, my daughter looked at her eyelashes and immediately told her it was not what she has asked for, but she didn’t say anything. I tried to talk to the manager, but she never reach back. I talk to another lady, and she continued telling me to take my daughter back to this place. I clearly explained that I won’t never take my daughter back here to risk her again. She said they will use a different type of chemicals to avoid irritation and different type of lashes as well. My daughter was not going to be able to wait until the next day due to the horrible burning sensation she was experiencing. I had to rush to the store to buy coconut oil to help her remove the lashes. We had to struggle taking this ugly lashes out, it was so hard and painful. For 4 days her eyes continue very irritated, so I texted back with pictures of how bad her eyes looked like, but they are still not refunding the $92. At this point I believe we deserve the credit back since they don’t even make you sign a waiver. I tried to disputed the charges with my bank, but unfortunately they won’t be able to do it once you leave the place. So if you are unsatisfied don’t leave the place and call your bank as soon as possible to dispute the charges. They said they will refund me the money, but today is Tuesday and is still not back in my account. DO NOT COME HERE and if you do, make sure you ask for the right chemicals and NOT whatever cheap chemicals they used for my daughter. I am attaching the pictures and I hope for the owner to be more understanding and do the things right. As you can see on the pictures her skin around the eyes was also very red, her eyes were very puffy and very irritated. I had never written a review before, but I had to do it this time due to the danger of all this chemicals, and for other customers to avoid visiting this place."
