"The owner is so sweet, personal, and talented. Great customer service and even better services! I was telling her how disappointed I am w most nail salons bc they never last, or they don’t know how to do what I’m asking. My nails were still on after 3 weeks and still had hold when I was trying to remove them. Will definitely be coming back, and I’ve already recommended multiple co workers to this nail salon!!! Update: I’ve gone back and that kind of quality is only when the owner does your nails. I got my nails done by someone else, but one broke and the others were lifting and they were not the shape I wanted. Super sweet and great customer service either way!"

"BEST SERVICE EVER!!!! Tracy is a rockstar. She's been doing my nails since 2014! They last for weeks, she is meticulous and never has to remove them to start a new set because she takes such precision on them. The technicians there are so polite and helpful, always trying to make sure your visit is enjoyable and relaxing! I highly recommend this small salon to anyone who's looking for great service, an excellent product and wonderful personalities. The pedicures are also spectacular! The chairs massage me to sleep and the service is undeniably the best!"

"The company did Switch owners and I was a loyal Customer to Tiffany before she moved to Ava. Tiffany texted me to come see her at the new place which I did but I was very unhappy with the environment and how loud it was, the nail techs there look at you as just a number and I am used to have some level of communication with my tech. For some reason the quality of the shellac She used was pretty bad as 2 of my nails have chipped 2 days later. I did then go back to Tiff and t nails the original at 24504 Kuykendahl Since i was leaving town and i had to have them doneI have had the pleasure to Meet Helen who did exactly what I wanted and went above and beyond And even better than I have expected. Tracy is very personable and sweet. I don't understand the negative comment from a previous customer which makes me think that was a biased customer.
