"Very basic nail service . Didn’t like how it came out. Look horribly fake . I’m going to take it off soon . Waste of money. He cut my skin while filing and stared spotting blood. He says Dont worry , I have powder to stop bleeding . I’m completely unsatisfied"

"I’ve been to this location three times for the same service, eyebrow waxing. The first time, Kim did an amazing job! On the second visit I was told Kim was not there, but someone else could help me. Well, the lady was currently getting her lashes done by someone in the shop, so having to stop and help me, she visibly seemed bothered and rushed. I communicated how I wanted my eyebrows and she did not deliver. On a separate occasion, I stopped by because the location is convenient to my house and asked if Kim was there. She was not. I was told she’d be out for awhile. 1 month later, I decided to treat myself and husband to a pedi and gave this place a try again. The pedicure was mediocre. I asked for Kim and was finally told that she was not returning, so the same lady who did my eyebrows before, helped me again. Horrible mistake. She was sloppy with wax everywhere and I could tell she had messed up although I had clearly explained how I prefer my eyebrows. The job was so bad that I did not let her finish.
