"If I could leave 0 stars I would. I went in with my hair below my pants line. Asked the girl for a simple butterfly cut and came out with this. I also had said I barely wanted anything cut off and the girl at my new salon that ended up fixing my hair said she took about 11” off, she also said it looked like the girl cut the layer too short and then just kept chopping to correct. I have worked so hard to grow my hair and I was totally disappointed. I reached out to the owner to get a refund and she just read my message and didn’t respond."

"Elsa did an excellent job cutting my hair. Edit: I am expounding on my review. When I wrote it initially I wanted to give them something but didn't have time to give leave a lengthy one. I am leery about going to a new person to have my hair scissored on but I needed a cut and my usually hairstylist wasn't available on such short notice. After a quick search I settled on this studio based on reviews and availability. I went in, expressed my uncertainty about having my hair cut due to past bad experiences and then showed a couple pictures of what I wanted. Elsa was very understanding. She was very attentive while I described my hair texture, the way it layed, it's thickness, and what not based in previous haircuts. She did an excellent job and cut my hair exactly the way I wanted. I would recommend this place 100%."
