"Note to the owner: I reached the Augusta Pines, TX location on 12/16/23 at 3:44pm. The main door was already locked by the staff. It's supposed to be open till 4pm. I looked inside and there was an idle barber. I could have been accommodated."
"Under new Mgmt and the service has gotten much better. The new Manager cut my hair about a month ago and she did a super great job. Quality 5 star service. Hope she's here to stay for a long while. 11/2/2023 Update: Don't know what happened to the new Mngr, she's gone. Also there was a young fella who was real good. Gone also. My last visit was on a Saturday afternoon and a lady cut my hair and did a poor job. Time to find a better place."
"The service was friendly and prompt. They have a nice method of checking in. The wait is generally 5-10 minutes. The hair cutting was done according to my liking. The shop design and layout was good. A friendly atmosphere. Above all it had all female staff. Empowering women. A good cause."
