"staff is very good but i think they only have one dentist for 100 patient . book 4 pm they see you 6 pm book 3 pm you will be lucky if u be seen at 5 pm. very very very slow service.but this not the staff i think people who owns this they don.t care ."

"I dont even know how this place is still open!!! It's a joke. Horrible service, always a ridiculous wait time I'm talking at least an hour over appt time. Staff is so unprofessional. I already paid for a two year plan braces for my son so I have to suck it up and see this through. It's a nightmare. Please ppl don't come here EVER!!!"

"The staff is not very pediatric friendly. Our appointment was at 9am, they didn't even administer her sedation until 9:45, then had to wait an additional 30 mins for that to kick in. The guy that was cleaning my daughter's teeth was reading another patients chart. They didnt inform me that I was the only one allowed in the procedure room because I didn't have anyone to keep my other daughter and they asked me to leave her in the kids play area by HERSELF and she's only 5. Had they told me beforehand I could've made alternate arrangements. Once we got home I gave my daughter some Advil for the pain, almost 2 hours later she was still crying from pain. I called to ask what to do and the front desk girl (Michelle) told me to just give her more Advil. I informed her she's 6 years old and can only have so much every 4-6 hours. So she asked Dr. Vu what we could do and she said there's nothing else they can do for her. I will NEVER go back and extremely regret giving them $700 for awful service."
