"Let me start off by saying that a place is defined by the quality of people who run the businesses. If I could, I would give Diana a zero in customer service. Don't get me wrong, Diana is skilled in what she does, which is how she gained my trust. It's sad to see when people expand how they change for worse instead for better. Diana provided more quality services, but as her clientele and salon grew, her quality declined. This past Saturday, I went to the salon and requested my usual hair dye color, cooper, for my entire hair. Diana decided to have one of her employees, who has never touched my hair before, to do the job and unfortunately, the lady didn't fulfill the service. Initially when I saw the color, I saw it darker than usual, but confided that the color will eventually settle in, once my hair completely dried, but that wasn't the case. I sent Diana messages with photos to compare. Diana was hesitant to fix the problem and attempted to charge me to lighten my hair with bleach so she could turn my hair back to cooper. I really didn't want to seem confrontational so I settled and offered to go back to a dark brown color that is close to my natural hair color. Diana agreed and asked when could I come in. I told her next month in January and she refused to compromise with me considering that she caused the mistake. She wanted to force me to come on her terms and time even though I informed her that I would be out of town for the holidays. Diana is inconsiderate and more concerned about the money. It's already an inconvenience that I am stuck with red burgundy hair that is only going to cause me a headache with it's mess. I asked for a refund and she declined. It is malpractice for a salon not to have their services and prices visible, along with any other salon policies. No receipts are provided either. Diana only accepts payments in cash or via zelle because she is probably not reporting all her expenses to IRS and it makes it hard for people to get refunded. Unfortunately, I will no longer be coming back. Diana did not consider or value customer loyalty. She tried to ignore me since I was not settling for her options. I informed her that I would like to resolve matters without having others involved and she conveniently turned that statement around to make herself the victim, so she could get out of paying the refund. I clarified that I was referring to getting a lawyer or going to court and she still ran with her own ideas. She made a false police report against me and reported that I threatened to harm her and her staff. Whatever you do, please go to a salon that is in alignment to the American standards. There is no transparency at Babydolls Beauty Salon. Please do not go to this salon. You will find out the hard way who the owner really is when you run into a problem."

"Awesome experience! Had my hair done with Diana, and we went from dark to blonde in the very first app. Exactly what I was looking for. Thank you darling for such an amazing job!!! I am in love with my hair and everyone says the same. Every person working here is treatable. Thanks to Cris and to Guanesca, they are both really nice and have so much sense of humor. Made my day there more enjoyable for sure. I recommend this place if you want to change your hair."
