"I never had a bad experience until today. The hairstylist Zaria was ultimately rude and not welcoming since the very beginning. Rough and aggressive on my neck while trimming my hair. Her service was so poor. She seemed angry! On top of that the music was out loud and I asked her nicely to lower the volume a bit since I was barely hearing her and she said the general manager controls it. I don’t know how valid her feedback was. In brief, my visit today to great clips was a disaster!"
