"I get there at 5:26pm and walked in. No greeting just what do you need done. I say pedicure and was about to say get my daughter and niece nails painted but she cut me off. Said we don’t have time. Shop close at 7:00 but ok my first and last time ever going there. I’ll spend my money some where else. "Went to get my nails done with my daughter. I just got gel removed and painted. No pedicure, no frills, it was $45.00. Complete rip off. The guy kept using the trammel, buffer and nail file after I specifically asked not to over buff my nails. Anytime I asked for a correction for myself or my daughter him or his partner would intentionally become rougher with me or my daughter. $100.00 for basic nails no spa treatments for two sets of nails no tips included. Both people were extremely rude, unprofessional, no pricing was discussed. Will definitely keep making the drive down to Soft Touch down on I-10."

"My daughter and I stopped in on a Sunday afternoon and although there were only two ladies working we got taken good care of..the lady that did my pedicure was amazing...she gives the best massages. Wish I would have caught her name. Great place great prices if your in the area you should definitely give them a try. I even tipped well due to great service."
