"Nails are uneven, the nails have started to chip at day three, wrong polish was put on my toes and I had to tell them and instead of taking it off and applying the right one they just put it on top of it. They cut me and the borders have nail-polish."

"Nail Technician had a very simple full set that was suppose to be round shape basic acrylic full set no Polish just clear and the shaping and acrylic application was poorly done as you look at the photos you see the acrylic is overlapping on my skin and dips and dents in the laid acrylic. I was so irritated by this point that I was ready to leave. I decided to tip as a courtesy and wasn’t even offered hand cream or lotion. I will not go back to this nail salon and if you are Traveling in the Houston/Richmond area I do not recommend this business."

"I had gotten my nails done here previously and it wasn’t too bad. I got powder nails last weekend and was told that they would last 3-4 weeks. 5 days later a whole nail just came off and all the other ones were starting to lift. I went back in and spoke to the manager and she told me to come back the next day and she’s take care of me. I went in and she wasn’t there, another lady said she’s fix them for me, basically super glued all the ones that were coming off and used gel on the one nail that had complete come off. But not only that, it was a completely different color, so I left the salon looking like a 5 year old had done my nails. Never coming back here again. Worst service I’ve ever received"
