"Cici is a great hair stylist. Since I have been going there for about 2 month. She leaves my hair so straight that it last for weeks and I am very satisfied. This is my third time and it’s always the same outcome very no super happy. Her price is very fair and reasonable compare to others. I love this place."

"I would not come back to this location. I was here two times. First experience was not as good. I came in for a haircut. Cici, the owner, cut my hair and started doing a facial without consulting. Being my first time here I wasn't sure what was going on. She was so distracted talking that she cut my self with the edge razor. Cost was $35. Plus tip. Second time around, I wanted to give her one more chance. I was very specific to let her know I only wanted a haircut. The posted price for a regular cut was $18. At time of paying I asked if she took credit card. She said yes. I handed my card and she charged me $30 I was very surprised but did not question it. This is very unprofessional. I do not recommend this place."

"Fantastic place to visit to get hair care for the entire family. Welcoming toddlers, kids, teens and adults. Pretty much anybody that has hair and needs a trim or a whole new style, Cici's Hair Salon is a great place to visit. I've seen an array of people get a variety of different stylish hair cuts and color treatments there.Great welcoming atmosphere too."

"I was quoted one price ($35) and after she washed and half blow dried my hair, quoted me a price 2x more than what I went in there thinking I would pay ($65) because she was not experienced enough to deal with my hair texture (which for me doesn't take more than an hour to wash, blow dry and straighten my hair). As she said, she thought when she quoted me over the phone that I would have "spanish people hair texture". And because I couldn't walk out with half my hair blow dried and the other half wet I had to stay and just pay that amount. But even after all of that, my hair didn't last more than an hour after leaving the salon, after doing no work, did not have steam near my hair, the hair just didn't last, even my husband said that to me as soon as he saw it. I could have done my hair myself or went to a salon I would usually go to that clearly knows how to handle my "texture hair" and paid around the same but for better results that would last as they usually do. I just wanted to go somewhere nearby instead, get a break, and support another small business. I will never be coming back here again, especially after the disrespect I received when I told her what happened, saying that I didn't want to pay. If I didn't want to pay, I would NOT have left a tip. I pay for good quality that can last. I was told to 'NOT have a good night' and that 'I am one of those people who make excuses to not pay'. I have NEVER had this happen to me and I will NEVER come back here again."
