"Every time I go it gets worse. Techs just aren't very good. Last time the guy didn't do the shape I asked, didn't use the powder color I chose, rushed through the session and was a bit rude. Time before the girl put the powder on so thick she had to remove it all and start over. It's just a hot mess. I won't go there again and don't recommend it to others."

"I have gone to this business twice and never again. The first girl Ann struggled to do my French dip and did a so so job. The pedicure was okay but I felt pressured for a tip, not a good thing. The second time I went I got Tam and she is the worst. She argued with me about a French dip and gave me an acrylic over my nails after using a drill and scoring my nails. I’m the customer who’s paying and I actually know what I want and I have had the same service on my nails for several years. Goodbye Modern Nails you will never get a good recommendation from me."

"Love this place and the staff are always nice to me! I am a man who loves getting his feet done. Men do need to get their feet done too not just only women! I was hesitated to even think about getting my nails done but took the guts to come here and they made me feel very uncomfortable! I have been their repeated customer ever seen then! These workers work very hard to get the job done so please tip them after the service since it's for beauty services. Thank you all and keep up with the great work!"

"I love this place so much. They are crazy busy but always extremely clean. The staffs are nice and excellent skills. I have been to many different nails salon and this one have to be the best one. Their price also acceptable compare with all other one around. Very good manager."

"Jolie did a full set of nails along with a pedicure. The nails were extremely long. She asked me how was the shape and length and I told her that they were too long and she literally ignored me. She cut my toenails so short that my big toe bled, the reason she said is so that nothing gets under them and cause an infection going in the summer? My feet are really sore today! I mentioned it to the man when I checked out and he said she can fix it next time, I told him I wouldn’t be coming back she was obviously in a bad mood and really didn’t hear anything I said!!"
