"Update*** I came back and unfortunately Andy wasn’t there. I still wanted to try with another tech. First the lady on front told me that the wait time was 30mins I was okay with and I went to get coffee and came back at the 30mins. She told me to sit on the table that they will be with me in a moment..20 mins later she told me 2 minutes more..after 15-20 mins someone finally was with me(Sean). I didn’t like it because some nails have excess product and others have less product. He filed a lot on the sides and it still hurts. I did not like this second visit at all and I don’t think I will be back if is not with Andy again. Andy did an amazing job! Just what I wanted. Definitely will be back."

"Staff is nice. Tech did an nice job. Managers woman & man Tony not so much. Unprofessional. There was a misunderstanding about the polish used for the white tip, which resulted in a different price expected. The discussion was very combative, defensive, taking no accountability for the lack of communication. I did not suggest not paying for it, but their resolution was to remove the polished tips. Why erase your tech’s work, & customer’s preference that took time and effort just because you were not clear before the service began? Selfish. A simple apology for the misunderstanding would’ve sufficed."

The owner, Tony, is very knowledgeable about the dip products and always has excellent recommendations. Techs Tracey, Rose, and Dung are our favorites, but if you ask for a good tech, Tony's got your back!!"

"I have come here like 7 times now. I usually try a place a couple of times before I leave a review. There have been times when I wasn't 100% satisfied, that's because I'm very particular and very detail-oriented. The best thing about this place and the employees is that they don't get upset with you when you don't like something and are willing to change it and fix it. Many places you go to, get upset with you when you don't like something(can be a little thing). We are all human, different people who like things differently but I don't like the fact some places expect us to like what they like and see what they see. I'm so glad I found this place, I love their customer service and they seem to care for their customers genuinely and not just for the sake. Once my tip broke after a day and my nails didn't seem shiny like it's supposed to be so I went back to fix it, I was nervous thinking they might fuss and think I was difficult but it was the opposite, they were very nice and accommodating and it made me feel so good as a customer. These days many businesses lack that and fail to provide good customer service. I'm pleased it's been so good so far. Highly recommend!!!"
