"It's a first time that i entered any Great Clips store because kids recommend me to visit and use the discount coupon. Before this always always i just visited the normal hair cutting salons where the cost was still $4.99 for hair cutting but this time i just tried to change instead to go at Fry Road. This was a neat and clean environment and i enjoyed to visit them and I was very satisfied the service i got. I used the discount coupon and that was an easy process. As its my hobby where ever i visit, i write the google review and i tries to get multiple images and videos. I got a question regarding my images and i tried to explain them. As my history of Google Reviews I just highlight the positivity and recommend to all, so i do recommend this business too. I always support to all businesses i visit. If i am happy and satisfied i do comment and highlight the points but i never give any negative feedback to any business. We all have to support to our community and our surrounding business for them to grow. Its my way!"

"My experience here was not good overall. Service was on time but the barber (Katherine) did a sloppy job and my hair was uneven. Initially, I thought it looked passable at best but had some things I needed to take care of so did not make a big deal about it, but later observed how uneven it looked. I usually go to a different great clips that has always done a good job and I will continue going back there. Disappointed because this location is a lot closer."
