"I was passed off after being very clear about size and shape of nail I wanted to a guy who didn't speak English, spent most of his time on his phone, never held my nails as he worked, they hurt for days, 1 nail sticks way up, none are smooth. I was having a rough day, and it didn't raise my spirits at all, it just made me feel worse for wasting the money! I'll never go back."

"After many years of going here, i made my final visit today. There have been many times I have gone to get my nails done and many mistakes have been made. However, every time, I write off their mistakes because I know every place isn’t perfect. However after today’s experience, I will not be returning. For starters, Anthony was in such a hurry that all of my painted French tips were sloppy and uneven. I asked him to fix one of them because it looked uneven and he blamed it on my finger being crooked and was twisting my finger to make it look even. He was trying so hard to convince me that there was nothing wrong with it. Next thing I know, all of the workers are looking at my nails telling me there is nothing wrong. Then as my pedicure is taking place , I was asked if I would like to pay already , before all services were complete. I told her I don’t know if I can pay because the work done on my nails was sloppy and uneven , some had bumps because more acrylic was applied in those places. Also, you could see my previous pink acrylic powder underneath my new set because Anthony was too lazy to remove it completely. I asked if he can just take it all off because I cannot pay for that. He then told me that I need to speak up and ask for someone specifically to do my nails and don’t waste his time ( actual words). I was absolutely stunned. No customer deserves to be treated like that. Let’s not forget we are paying for a service and I expect it to look like an actual adult did it . I was very disappointed and absolutely fed up .Lastly as I walked away , he tells me to make an appointment next time and I told him maybe he should do it right the first time. He then followed me out the door and told me not to come back. Ladies, don’t pay for sloppy work, it took me a long time to realize that. This place does not deserve my money any more. See ya Diva"
