"This nail salon is always clean and everyone is friendly. However, I think the quality of the work depends on who you get. Don't hesitate to ask for a fix if something isn't done correctly."
"I love going here it's always a good experience everyday. Staff are super friendly. Ask for Hannah. She did a great job with my nails. Got lots of compliments at work, I'll definitely be coming back."
"Honestly after today I'm not going back and I hate to say that but honestly after the treatment on this visit I'm okay. I called at 1032 was quoted a price for a soak off and possible set on the way I decided to wait on the set give it a few days and let me nails rest after the set I ordered for a special occasion that ended up not happening I wanted them off. I walked in told the lady's what I was there for and the first lady I was set with proceeded to make comments to another coworker about my nails , stabbed and cut me with the clippers and proceeded to pass me along to another lady the lady who quoted me the price on the phone in the first who finished soaking them off was stabbed again not as hard as the first time, kept twitching my hands cause of the file getting to hot on my nail getting close to my cuticle, tried to deal with it. I go to pay I walk to the front told I'm to pay 60$ for a soak off ? I ask how Is a soak off 60$ dollars I was told 10$ on the phone and I showed the lady the time I called the number is programmed into my phone! She then tells me 25$ then 20$ I'm like no I was told 10$ on the phone excuse me and then she gets the lady who quoted me the price of it and she proceeds to change what she told me on the phone to it's 10$ if u get a new set 15$ if get them taken off only . Excuse me so I get told I'm to pay 60$ then 25$ then 20$ then 15$ , not to mention while I'm sitting in the chair the lady is getting told by another worker she just charged her customer wrong for her color set and then I get this pulled on me . I've had one other issue here before with a male employee that literally cut my finger left bumps in my set was rough rude my horrible comments about me and to me and after that it took me 4 months to go back !! And now I'm still left with glue on my nails and added cuts to fingers. I greatly appreciate the added stress to already messed up situation."
"I was always disappointed trying to find a spot where I was completely comfortable and not worried when I walked out how bad I would hate my nails. Having to wait 2 weeks to go get them done again. No matter what picture or style I give these ladies are on point. I recently moved to Seguin and still drive here to get “the special treatment”."
"So we had mixed emotions about this salon. I mean, I guess overall we liked the outcome. But the process could’ve gone a bit better. I feel as if the manicurist who did my nails rushed through the process and she was a bit rough. She also didn’t paint my nails that thoroughly. I’m not sure if they are short staffed or if they just weren’t paying attention but they also had my mom waiting for about 20 minutes until they started her nails even though she had already confirmed that both of us were getting manicures. They also didn’t seem very welcoming and didn’t speak at all unless it was to ask how we wanted our nails done."
