"I popped my tire driving home from work. This was the nearest tire shop so I pulled in hoping they’d help me since it was close to close time. Jake was extremely helpful, explained the best options for repair, and got me out of there quickly. He was very kind and upbeat throughout which turned an unfortunate event into a pleasant experience. Would definitely go out of my way to come back here."

"It seems a lot has changed at this location. In the past I never had to mention coupons to receive them, but when I went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation, I walked out with a $154 bill. Upon reviewing the bill instead of being given the $9.99 car care package which would have handled the battery inspection and tire rotation I was charged $29.99 and I was charged full price for the oil change without any of the 4 available coupons being applied. I also had two wiper blades replaced and that's fine as they were needed. Poor service, lack of staff at this location and now the desire to rake as much from a customer as possible is definitely making me rethink coming to this location. Which is a shame as I have always had my 3 cars serviced with Firestone for many years."

"I give everyone a chance to prove their review score wrong. Surely, work is a day-by day experience, and one day with folks is not enough to judge the business by. However, all reviews discussing both lack of staff or desire to service vehicles seem to be on point. Multiple individuals were turned away at the counter by egregious repair times. One to two days for tire installation? How is it sustainable to have one employee on staff turning away thousands of dollars in sales daily? Find a shop on good ol' Harry Hines. These big-name brand shops don't care for your business, so don't bother taking it to them."
