"Our very first service the technician was 20 minutes late and totally fine cause things happen: but when I noticed she was late to help a fellow coworker with a quick fill-just be honest. Say I’m sorry I had to help a gal out! When I mentioned the appointment time there was zero apology and almost attitude and I soon learned that was her personality. I don’t get lashes done to make besties so I set the attitude aside-this tech is not warm and fuzzy. I saw her for about 2 months. She has great technique and the quality of lashes are on point. Last session her baby daddy called probably 9 times (maybe more) during our session and I could feel her dismissing them all-each one. Until she answered the last call during our session. And it was intense. And while I’m laying there. But that still didn’t cut my ties here. Last straw was her needing to reschedule me for something with her kids which I was totally cool with cause I have kids and did the same! But when I forgot the new scheduled time it was a full charge to my card. A half charge for time would have been really professional since it was her reschedule and not mine. But onward and forward!"
