"I came here for highlights and during the process she did a treatment for my hair and at some point my scalp started to burn and I told her. At the end I didn't like the highlights cause it wasn't the color I wanted. She told me to give it a few washes and it'll lighten up to the color I wanted. I waited a few days and called again and told her i'm still unhappy with the color. She then said she would give a refund but stated she didn't have the money yet and now she's ignoring my phone calls. Don't recommend especially if you're going to pay $240 and be unhappy with the service, its bad customer service and its very unprofessional to not even call back or say you'll refund and not do it and just ignore someone. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!"
