"I walked in and no one greeted me. The couches have stains and the bathroom is dirty. The girl who was scheduled to do my eyebrows showed up to my appointment 15 minutes late and took her time setting up her station. She did do a good job on my eyebrows which is why I’m giving the 3 stars. My lash lift after my eyebrows did not lift hardly at all but I still tipped. They did offer to redo it for free but I have not heard from them since then. Overall, 3 stars because the end product of my eyebrows was decent, but overall professionalism/customer service and cleanliness of the shop is just not there. I feel like it’s bare minimum to greet customers and show up on time. I will probably go elsewhere next time."

Aubry does amazing brazillians and it is always lovely to get to talk with her!! I wouldn't want to go anywhere else."

"I have been coming to get my lashes done by Monica for over a year now and I can't recommend this place enough. Every time I go my lashes come out amazing!!! When Monica is out and I need a fill she is more than happy to place me with another great tech and will let them know what lashes she is currently using. I have gotten two facials here and I have loved each one and highly recommend everyone to get one it is such a relaxing experience. Lastly, Monica does the best Brazilians, I have been to many other places and she is the best!! Ladies this is a one stop shop and super cute. I also love that you can book a lash fill and a wax!! 10/10 Recommend this shop."
