"Me wife went in today around 430 PM and the only stylist working was fast asleep. My wife felt awkward trying to wake her so she walked around in the exchange for a few minutes and came back by and the worker was awake, but told her the salon was closed....."

"Got my hair dyed here a couple months back, was a little worried because it was on base but it was honestly the best dye job I have ever gotten, I went from black box dyed hair to blonde which is the hardest thing you can do. My hair was exactly what I asked for I love it and can’t recommend this place enough."

"Charged me $40 dollars for nothing. Didn’t even cut my hair right. The lady name was TRUDY. Did not do her job right and made her customer after me make her brush her hair out. While she was charging me. I always leave a tip but I didn’t give her one. Worst place ever. TRUDY is very lazy at her job, made me hold the hair brushes. NEVER AGAIN. If she doesn’t like her job maybe she shouldn’t have one. Very disappointed in management running this place."

"My wife set appointment. They call 2 hours before her appointment asking if she could come in earlier. Wife said no cause she was busy. She gets there 5 minutes before her appointment time. While getting her hair dyed the lady is complaining about her she is backed up now cause my wife didn’t come in earlier then hair appointment time. Fast forward. The lady is pull her hair, forgets about her and goes to the other clients she booked during the appointment (which is poor time management) left shampoo in my wife’s hair after the rinse and said just rinse off real good when you get back home and to add on top of that didn’t even dry her hair after the rinse. My wife gets home and she drying her hair and is falling out left and right. In chunk. I do not recommend this place at all."

"Pei Pei colored and highlighted my hair. The color and highlights turned out beautifully. I get compliments on my hair all the time. I will not go to anyone but her when it comes to coloring and highlighting my hair. I didn't give 5 stars because the salon itself needs some work and upgrading. They've had several issues with the A/C not working and I had to reschedule. I also had to reschedule another time because they did not have hot water or the hot water tank broke."
