"I saw the reviews about taking advantage of women, so I got my fiance (male) to come with me for a car inspection. Had no issues. Being open on a Sunday was super convenient for us. We went in right as they opened with no trouble. One of their machines needed to warm up from the cold, but no delays aside from that. Got a pass with no attempted upsells. Exactly what the service was supposed to be."

"They took in 1 if my cars right away when in a hurry. They fixed it and had me in my way in 2.5h. It was expensive, but did not have time to check around for other shops cost. It was probably reasonable for what they did. I am just not 100% that they did a tad more than absolutely necessary as I asked for to up sell a bit. Like anyone else. If I can 100% trust pricing and the quality is good, I'll bring all 4 card when I need something and not look around. Not quite there yet."

"Kwik Kar Willow Bend is likely the most welcoming repair and/or oil change place I have ever visited. The lobby has plenty of spaced out comfortable seating and is done in updated dark earth toned furniture. Plenty of space, clean restrooms, and friendly helpful service. The repair folks seem to all know their stuff as a promised quick oil change was just so. Don't forget to mention the coupon before you check out. They are well trained to upsell the services so be aware of what you want done or absolutely need done."
