"The threading results were great, leaving me with well-shaped and tidy eyebrows. The salon had a clean and pleasant atmosphere, and I appreciated the convenience of being able to walk in without an appointment on a Friday afternoon. I was promptly seen within a few minutes, which was a definite plus. However, there were a couple of disappointments. The esthetician trimmed my eyebrows shorter than I had expected, which was a bit disheartening since my brows are one of my favorite features. It would have been better if they had communicated with me beforehand to ensure my desired length and vise versa. Another thing to note is that the threading service cost $15, which was higher than what I'm used to paying. Typically, I pay around $9 or $10 for the same service elsewhere. While the threading results were great, I would consider returning for threading services, but I would communicate my preferences more clearly next time."
