"I wanted a simple, long bob with whisky bangs. I had a reference picture too. The stylist proceeded to cut and razor my hair until it was too short and very jagged and uneven/asymmetrical. It looks horrible and all I can do is wait 6 months to a year for it to grow out. Asked for a refund because I was so dissatisfied and was told they don't give refunds. They offered to look at it and "fix" it, but because it's already so short, I declined. I will never go to one of these butcher shops again. Beware of Deby."

"I asked Rachel for the old school Justin Bieber haircut and she ended up making me look like Young Sheldon instead. I did NOT want my hair cut THAT short. stay off your stupid phone and actually pay attention to me while cutting my hair. so unprofessional. I am NOT coming back. >:("
