"I will give no stars at all if i can, First visit - My wife went for Eyebrow threading work, which she did not good at all and spoiled the shape of eyebrow. hi-lights of the visit was the lady who did service asked my wife "Do you have any old Ross store bills and tags of cloths ? I have bought something from ross and i can not return my items, so please give me yours and i will return my items." which anyway she did not and kept quite, simply let it go thinking she does not know how to be professional. Second/Last Visit - My wife went for hand waxing this time and she did not clean the hands , not applied proper wax or anything and left hair with patches. on both hands and when my wife side can you please remove the hair she was so rude by saying"I know what i am doing you do not have to teach my job." now it is time to pay bill , my wife hesitantly paid with 2 dollars of tip in cash. the lady mumbled something like"you are supposed to pay me more tip and the tip is something you gave for eyebrows "spoke very rude. The tip is something which customer gives when they like service. first off she did not give proper service and talked rude on top expecting tip. #tip-beggars #unprofessional"

"Date :20-Aug-2022.My wife had a "worst experience" today.. she went for eye brows,her bill $7 but they are "Begging/demanding" 45% amount as TIP. I don't know these people running business to provide services or begging for TIP. My wife asked price of facial and she immediately replied "r u going to do it now..? If not we can talk later about price. How RUDE she is, and she is speaking her self in some Indian foreign language,which my wife can't understand.We would never suggest to go and experience what we had today . Not at all professional. "Went for eyebrow threading on 4/12/2022 Tuesday at around 6pm. Specifically told the lady I just want the extras taken out and she did a horrible job at it. The entire symmetry of my eyebrows is changed as she messed up my left eyebrow. The right eyebrow has clean threading while the left is raggedy. Imagine if I had asked her to actually shape my brows. Not going here again"
