She responded in a timely manner and communicated every step of the way. I completed all health info and waivers electronically ahead of my appointment. At my appointment, she asked me questions about preferences for shape, thickness, darkness, etc, and she did a great job explaining how my brows would change as they healed. She also thoroughly discussed what we could tweak at my touch-up appointment. I have oily skin, so I also appreciate how she explained how that might impact how my skin took the pigment.
