"I came into this salon around 10AM and didn't leave until nearly 5PM.. I was the only customer when I first came in. Came to get a full head of light brown highlights, I have dark hair. I only came into this salon because the one at the main BX was closed for renovations but the lady at the Paul Mitchell salon referred me to come here. Stylist was great, had a great personality but how long it took to finish and even the results were not satisfying enough to feel like $151 was a justifiable price to charge me. It felt like I couldn't trust them with the charges they make on the spot. The should have a board with their prices so we have something to make sure they base it off on. The results were not very noticeable. I still tipped the stylist but I felt robbed. It's just shocking at what extent people think they can go by charging us ridiculous prices like we know no better. Not my first time at the salon but my last time on base. I was warned to not go to the salons on base due to those exact reasons but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. My friends could barely see the highlights, I had to point it out for them to notice. That's not a job completely well done or a job worth $151+ and taking hours out of my day like my time it isn't valuable, the experience was excessive in many ways for such minimal results. I highly discourage coming here, do not recommend due results, prices and amount of time it took to complete."

"Once they changed management the business has definitely changed! The hair stylist are great and actually know what they are doing. You are not going to find another salon on base that can actually cut, style, and color. Definitely would recommend to anyone who needs their hair done."

"I don't know what is going on here this place is usually great. My last experience was horrible I left without having my hair styles and was overcharged. Very upsetting. On the upside the lady with the rainbow hair is awesome she just wasn't available."
