"My experience at this nail shop was unfortunately not up to par. Despite having an appointment scheduled, upon arrival, I discovered that there had been a mix-up and my technician was not available. The substitute technician I was handed off to, whose name was Lisa, initially seemed pleasant, but as the appointment progressed, their attitude became less welcoming. While I was satisfied with the outcome of my nails and the color, the lackluster service left much to be desired. Additionally, after about 2-3 hours, I noticed that two of my nails were damaged, despite opting for powder nails which are supposed to be stronger and last longer. Two days later, I returned to the salon to have the damaged nails repaired, but was met with a lengthy wait of over 2.5 hours before receiving service from the receptionist, who repaired my nails. To add to the frustration, I received attitude from a staff member who brushed me off and told me to wait, rather than addressing my concerns promptly. It's disappointing when a service experience falls short of expectations, especially when it involves something as simple as scheduling, quality of workmanship, and customer service. What's more, I paid over $95 dollars for this service, only to encounter these issues. Regrettably, after this experience, they have lost a client. While I didn't expect to make a friend out of this visit, I did hope for a more professional and enjoyable experience overall. Here's to hoping for improved customer service and nail durability in the future, if I could give it 0 starts I would."

"Thi was absolutely amazing! She did a great job, was friendly and very sweet. She listened to what I wanted and did exactly that and they turned out beautiful! I highly recommend her!"

"I took my girlfriend to this nail Salon because she had mentioned how this place had great service in the past. This time in particular the service was abysmal, the nail tech didn’t have a conversation with her and after the tech applied a mask to her legs she didn’t use a hot towel to remove it but rather a dry towel which essentially scraped the mask off. The individual that was doing her manicure ripped up her skin and didn’t even bother apologizing about it. Lastly we still got up charged for a service that my girlfriend had mentioned she didn’t want. Overall it seemed like everyone was in a rush to leave as it was close to the end of the day but forgot to provide an excellent service to a recurring and paying customer."

"From when you walk in you are greeted with a smile and a drink! This place is so bright and filled with positive energy. It’s so refreshing to have someone smiling and having fun while working on your nails. The nail artists are so talented and quick! And don’t get me started on the drinks! Yum! I’ve officially found my new nail salon! I’m so happy with my beautiful nails! Also there’s unlimited options of nail colors!"
